The FIFA 22 loyalty glitch is an easy way to earn the loyalty required to complete some more challenging SBCs. It's sort of frustrating that EA hasn't addressed what is clearly a waste of time, but that's how it is.
In FIFA 21, you started a match against the featured team then disconnected over and over, all the way up to the 10 games required to hit max loyalty. In FIFA 22, things are a bit different. Loyalty goes all the way up to 10 after you play 10 games with the players. 10 loyalty increase their chemistry point by +1, which is essential for completing some tricky SBCs.

So, things are a bit different in FIFA 22, but the premise is basically exactly the same. You queue into a match, then disconnect.
This time you need to match into a Live FUT Friendlies match rather than a squad battle. Stats are now tracked for these matches, which means your players earn loyalty.
You also don't really lose anything for disconnecting from these matches, so you'll likely see a lot of players doing this during the first few months, especially for completing the more difficult starter SBCs like the First XI.
In short:
- Match into a Live FUT Friendlies match with the players you need loyalty on.
- Play a couple of minutes of the match, at least until the scoreboard shows on the top left.
- Disconnect from the match.
- Repeat.
Will The Loyalty Glitch Be Patched?
The Loyalty Glitch from the previous game has been patched, but this one is a brand new one. EA is a bit hit and miss when it comes to these sorts of things being patched, and it can often take them a long time to do so. We recommend getting your loyalty SBCs sorted out quickly so that you don't have to grind the 10 games.
